Woodcare Combi Aqua is an insecticide & fungicide permitted for indoor use only for preventive and curative treatment of wood. It is an insecticide in the form of micro capsules which ensures a gradual release.
In woodworm, eggs are laid in the wood. When the eggs hatch, the larvae gnaw their way into the wood. Depending on the type of insect, the larvae gnaw for 1 to sometimes up to 12 years! The larvae then pupate just below the surface of wood. Between March and September, the adult insects will fly out of the wood. As they fly out, borage falls down. The adult insects will lay new eggs in the wood, causing the deterioration of the wood to continue. Suffering from holes in beams?
