Orders

Deliveries

Indufarm currently delivers all orders through professional transport companies. Every van or truck is cleaned and disinfected at least once a week. We stand for hygiene and want to set an example here. The orders will also be delivered to the unloading point provided by you. We do everything we can to keep the delivery time as short as possible. 

Backorders

We have a warehouse management system that ensures that all products are ordered or produced on time. If there are backorders or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified.

Shipping costs

Belgium

Delivery free of charge in Belgium from 150 € excl. VAT. Furthermore, this transport cost may differ depending on the type of shipment and weight. Below are all the possibilities (amounts always excl. VAT) if total price is less than €150 (excl. VAT):

> Shipments without ADR:

• Transport costs under 20 kg through Belgium 13,95 EUR
• Transport costs under 30 kg through Belgium 16,95 EUR
• Shipping costs under 40 kg through Belgium 18,95 EUR
• Shipping costs over 40 kg through Belgium 28,30 EUR

> Shipments with ADR:

• Shipping costs under 20 kg through Belgium 17,95 EUR
• Transport costs under 30 kg through Belgium 19,95 EUR
• Shipping costs under 40 kg through Belgium 22,95 EUR
• Shipping costs over 40 kg through Belgium 31,20 EUR

The Netherlands and Northern France (Regions 59 and 62):

Delivery free of charge from 175 € excl. VAT. Furthermore, this transport cost may differ depending on the type of shipment and weight. Below are all the possibilities (amounts always excl. VAT) if the total price is less than €175 (excl. VAT):

> Shipments without ADR:

• Shipping costs under 20 kg through Northern France and the Netherlands 17,95 EUR
• Shipping costs under 30 kg through Northern France and the Netherlands 19,95 EUR
• Shipping costs under 40 kg through Northern France and the Netherlands 23,95 EUR
• Shipping costs over 40 kg through Northern France and the Netherlands 34,30 EUR

> Shipments with ADR:

• Shipping costs under 20 kg through Northern France and the Netherlands 20,95 EUR
• Shipping costs under 30 kg through Northern France and the Netherlands 23,95 EUR
• Shipping costs under 40 kg through Northern France and the Netherlands 27,95 EUR
• Shipping costs over 40 kg through Northern France and the Netherlands 37,20 EUR
   

France (excluding Regions 59 and 62):

Delivery costs throughout France (with the exception of regions 59 and 62) are always on request.

Rates reconditioning and empties:

Below you can find an overview of all rates for reconditioning and empties. In principle, you can always reclaim empties after taking back the empties if they have been purchased from Indufarm on invoice. These will be provided in the form of a credit note.
