Advantages:

Acid potential: Robocid contains a high level of phosphoric acid, does not contain any other mineral or organic acid. Some other acids, such as hydrochloric acid or nitric acid, are corrosive to stainless steel and rubber in certain quantities and are therefore not recommended for manual use. Phosphoric acid intensively removes mineral deposits from milk (such as lactate, calcium phosphate) as well as the calcium carbonate layer that can remain after rinsing. Phosphoric acid has a high dispersion capacity. Fats and egg white globules are removed from the surface and remain in solution.
The dispersion capacity of phosphoric acid together with the strong cleaning capacity of the surface components give Robocid an enormous cleaning power.
Non-foaming. Due to the enormous cleaning power, the product can start to foam. It is therefore extremely important to find the right balance with components that prevent foaming. Robocid has found this balance to prevent foaming during intensive cleaning.
Non-aggressive. Thanks to its formula, Robocid is compatible with all milking machine materials.
Stability: Robocid can be stored for a long time Under normal conditions (temperature and pressure) it will lose its correct functioning. However, avoid temperatures above 30°C.
Good cleaning. The perfect solubility of Robocid in water makes it highly soluble. This avoids wasting water due to longer rinsing times.

Instructions for use:

Do not mix with a base or a chlorinated base. Standard method:

• Rinse with water.
• Apply Robocid solution
• Rinse with drinking water.
