Processing and bonding:

• Cut the pipe squarely and bevel.
• Remove burr.
• Thoroughly clean the pipe ends externally and the fittings internally with DYKA cleaning agent.
• Before bonding, determine the correct position of the fitting on the pipe and indicate it using markings. Also indicate the insertion depth for subsequent checking.
• Always move the brush axially. If there is a loose fit, glue twice.
• Slide the pipe into the fitting without turning.
• Remove excess glue immediately.

Caution:

• Only use approved PVC pressure glue (never use standard glue).
• The threaded pieces are not suitable for use in combination with pieces with a conical thread.
• Only use Teflon for thread sealing. The use of flax and other materials is not permitted.
• Drilling according to PN 10.
