Dosing in the animal feed whith the powder doser.

The 24 liter powder doser is an extended version of the 12 liter powder doser. This has doubled the stock volume to 24 litres. All types of powders and granules, such as medication, deworming, feedsupplements, minerals, acids, probiotics, etc. can be dosed directly into all types of feeding systems whith the powder doser. The powder doser is made of stainless steel and other solid materials and has a solid construction. This makes it a very reliable, accurate and user-friendly powder dispenser. The continuously rotating mixing wheel in the hopper prevents bridging.

The powder doser can be used in all feeding systems in pig, poultry and veal farming.

In a dry feed line or feed auger: the dosage can be infinitely adjusted to the passing dry feed using the supplied control.

In a mixing tank, dry or liquid feed: the dosing can be done on the basis of time or pulses, with control by the feeding computer. The powder doser can optionally be entered as a component.

In a feed weigher:

• The dosing can be done on the basis of time or pulses, whith control by the feeding computer.
• The dosage can be done on the basis of the running time of a feed auger. The doser switches on/off via the auger. The dosage can be adjusted whith the supplied control.

The powder doser in the range are all quality products. They have been developed and produced to be able to function under severe conditions for a long time. The powder doser can work for many years whithout any problems. In use, the powder dispenser is maintenance-free and practically trouble-free.

The control box and rubber T-connection must be ordered as a separate item number (art. num. A02460 and A02462). The sensor (art. num. A02461) is an option.
