IF Micro-Zyme: Optimising manure management for safer and sustainable agriculture

Introduction: Livestock manure is a concentrated source of organic matter, essential for the fertility of agricultural land. However, during storage and processing, several hazardous gases such as ammonia (NH₃), hydrogen sulphide (H₂S), and methane (CH₄) can be generated. Usage:

  • Dosage: 25 grams of powder per cubic metre of manure.
  • Preparation: dilute the powder in a ratio of 1 to 5 with lukewarm water and let the mixture stand for 30 minutes before using.

Application: Repeat treatment weekly for optimal results.
