The Ecogrill is an anti-mosquito and fly lamp for the home or patio. This device is designed to suppress harmful flying insects. By emitting a highly visible radiation of ultraviolet light, the device attracts insects that electrocute themselves when they come into contact with the electrostatically charged grid.

The device has no smoke, dust or smell. The device is designed for indoor use. Its effectiveness is optimal for a covered area of 100 m² thanks to 2 UV lamps of 15 Watts.

The device can be set down or hung up by means of the supplied suspension chain. For optimal efficiency, the unit should be at a height of about 1.8 metres. The device can be easily switched on by means of the on/off switch.

Instructions for use:

• Place the Ecogrill at the ideal height of 1.8 metres.
• Keep the appliance and cord away from heat sources.
• This appliance must be protected from water. Therefore, do not use in the bathroom.
• Connect the appliance to the mains.
• Switch on by turning the switch to "1". After use, switch off again by setting the switch back to "0".

Maintenance:

• Before any maintenance, always unplug the unit from the mains supply.
• After disconnecting the appliance, the grille remains charged with electrostatic particles. Discharge it by making a contact between 2 metal wires. Use an electrician's screwdriver with an insulated handle for this.
• When the pull-out tray is full, remove it from the housing to empty it. Then replace it.
• If insects get stuck in the grid, use a nylon mesh brush to clean the grid.
• Avoid shocks when using the device.
• The lamps should be replaced after 6000 hours of use.
