Dioxonite, 200 kg

Dioxonite is a closed circuit biocide for professional use and serves as an analytical grade precursor based on NaClO₂ (7.5%) (CAS 7758-19-2) for the production of in-situ Chlorine Dioxide (CAS 10049-04-4).

The biocide produced in-situ has been notified for:

• PT2. Disinfectants and algicides that are not used directly on humans or animals.
• PT3. Animal hygiene
• PT4. Food and feed.
• PT5. Drinking water.
• PT11. Preservatives for liquid cooling and processing systems.
• PT12. Slime control.

For professional use only as a disinfectant:

• For surfaces in both the food and non-food industry.
• For materials and surfaces related to the housing or transport of animals.
• For the disinfection of drinking water for livestock.
• For the disinfection of drinking water companies.
• For the treatment of cooling water, process water and waste water.
• As a slime control agent for mucus control on the paper machine. For the preservation of slurries and additives required for the paper and cardboard industry.

Dioxonic acid and Dioxonite must be mixed in a generator to generate the in situ active substance chlorine dioxide.
