Effective control without rodenticide

The Camro safetrap is an automatic rat and mouse trap for pest control without using poison. Rats and mice are lured to the trap where they activate a trigger. Under pressure from a CO2 cartridge, a steel piston is fired, resulting in instant death. Killed animals are (usually) taken away by foxes, cats, birds of prey, among others, thus avoiding suspicion of the pests.

Light and smell stimulate the natural behaviour of mice and rats to investigate the trap. The transparent top that lets light through into the trap together with a ventilation hood ensures that the scent of the lure penetrates far into the environment. This promotes the urge to investigate.

The bait unit can be easily filled with bait of your choice and is refillable. The bait can be adapted to the natural food sources of mice and rats in the environment or a selection of ready-made monitoring products.

The Camro comes with 1 X CO2 cartridge of 16 grams as standard.

Scanning with mobile app:

The Near Field Communication (NFC) counter is read by the app on the smartphone (iOS or Android). The counter counts and records the number of shots, the date and time. The Camro trap is not connected to the internet, but instead has an NFC scanner. When you return to the Camro, say after 30 days, open the app and scan the NFC scanner, you will be able to see how many catches/kills have been made since the last time you serviced and scanned the Camro.

The app tells you the exact date and time it made a kill. You can also see when you changed baits, whether the catch cup needs replacing, etc.

The Camro CO2 cartridges are used in the Camro SafeTrap. The cartridges initiate a pressure wave that kills rodents. The CO2 cartridge is specially designed with a screw connection to prevent gas leaks.
