Bagmatic N40

The Bagmatic LC-100 is an automatic filling machine for packing and labelling semen doses for KI stations, which require a label on the doses. The Bagmatic works with both Semenbag and Smallbag according to the desired volume in the semen bag.

Speed:

• Packing speed: 900-950 Semenbags/hour.
• Available as an option: multiple roll holders for 3-4 rolls and can support.

Accuracy:

• Peristaltic pump for dosing liquid into the blister, with high speed and accuracy.

Hygiene:

• Built in stainless steel and anodised aluminium for easy cleaning.
• Label printer installed on a removable tray inside the machine to prevent splashing.
